Case-Volume Review Companion

Roll up aggregate case-volume information, identify categories for a development conversation, and prepare a compact review summary.

Use aggregate, non-identifiable information only. Do not enter patient names, initials, MRNs, dates of birth, encounter identifiers, clinical narratives, or other PHI. Case counts are one development input—not a measure or determination of clinical competence, readiness, credentialing, privileging, or patient safety.

A browser-based workspace for APP development review

No login, email, checkout verification, account, or server-side review record is used. Your entries are saved only in this browser on this device. The MBA PA does not receive or store the review data through this companion.

Browser storage can be cleared or lost in private browsing. Export a backup when useful; exported files are your responsibility and may contain sensitive operational information.

01 · Set up

Name the review and define clinical categories

Use a review-period label such as “Q2 2026” or “January–March.” Categories and targets are defined by your program, specialty, role, or organization; this tool does not supply universal thresholds.

Case/procedure categories

Add the clinical or procedure groups your program reviews. Examples might include Cardiac, Vascular, Thoracic, ICU, or another procedure group. A target is optional and is always treated as a program-defined planning reference.

02 · Enter aggregate exposure

Add reviewed counts by period and category

Each row is an aggregate count. Do not use this space for patient-level logs, case narratives, or identifiable details.

03 · Review

Review the results

Counts and percentages use the selected review period. Total is the sum of counts; share is category count divided by that total; gap is the program target minus the count, never below zero. This summarizes exposure for discussion—it does not determine competence or readiness.

04 · Plan

Capture a bounded development follow-up

Keep this to a planning conversation: a priority, a next action, an owner if useful, and a program-defined review date.

05 · Save or share your review

Save, export, or print the review

Exported JSON restores this companion's review data and settings. CSV is a human-readable exposure table. Neither export is transmitted anywhere by this page.
