Terms of Use and Digital Product Sales

Operator and acceptance

These terms govern this site and digital products offered by Pol Martin Vedar, operating The MBA PA as a sole proprietor in North Carolina. By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms and the terms presented at checkout.

Digital products and payment

Each product page identifies the product, one-time price, currency, and included files. A product is not available to purchase unless its purchase control is active. Paid products are digital downloads; no physical item, subscription, or recurring charge is included unless the checkout expressly says otherwise.

Payhip is the hosted checkout and delivery provider for the currently active paid products. Payhip and the payment method or payment processor displayed at checkout may process the transaction, collect applicable taxes, issue the receipt, and provide download access under their terms. The provider displayed at checkout controls if the commerce provider changes.

Delivery and support

Delivery is made through the commerce provider's post-purchase page and receipt link. Keep the receipt for future access. Purchase, delivery, access, and defective-file support is available atsupport@themba-pa.com. No response-time guarantee is made.

Product support does not include customization, implementation, adaptation, consulting, clinical advice, or legal advice. Consulting is a separate service and is not included with a digital-product purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days for defective files; no refunds are available for successful downloads. To request review, emailsupport@themba-pa.com with the order details and a description of the defect. Any mandatory, non-waivable refund or cancellation right remains unaffected.

License

A purchase grants one purchasing organization a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal use. The purchasing organization may edit the materials and share them internally.

Resale, public redistribution, sublicensing, and commercial rebranding are prohibited. Ownership of the product and underlying intellectual property is not transferred.

Operational and professional boundaries

The products are operational planning resources. They do not provide clinical or legal advice, determine competency, credentialing, privileging, employment, or scope of practice, and do not guarantee any workforce, financial, clinical, or patient outcome. Users remain responsible for professional judgment and compliance with applicable laws, policies, and standards.

Availability and liability

We may correct, update, suspend, or withdraw site content or a product. The site and products are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, The MBA PA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and contact

North Carolina law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory or non-waivable law requires otherwise. Questions may be sent tosupport@themba-pa.com.
