Who operates this site

This site and its digital products are operated by Pol Martin Vedar, operating The MBA PA as a sole proprietor in North Carolina. Questions about this policy may be sent tosupport@themba-pa.com.

Information we collect

Our hosting and commerce providers may also process device, browser, approximate location, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and transaction information. The MBA PA does not receive complete payment-card details.

Commerce providers

Payhip is the hosted checkout and digital-delivery provider for the currently active paid products. Payhip and the payment method or payment processor shown at checkout may process purchase, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, receipt, and download information under their own privacy terms. Payhip may act as reseller or marketplace facilitator where its service terms and applicable law provide.

Product-specific purchase controls are the source of truth for whether a paid product is available. Free tools and guides do not require a purchase. The provider shown at checkout controls if the commerce provider changes.

Sharing and retention

We share information only as reasonably needed with service providers, payment and commerce providers, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or a successor to the business. We do not sell personal information. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including purchase records, support, security, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we control. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or transaction purposes. Contactsupport@themba-pa.com. Rights vary by location, and applicable non-waivable rights remain available.

Security, children, and changes

We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security. The site and products are intended for business professionals, not children. We may update this policy and will post the revised date here.
